All comments must relate to CODA accreditation standards or policies. Individuals, including students, may submit a formal complaint regarding CODA standards or program compliance using the following link: https://coda.ada.org/policies-and-guidelines/file-a-complaint
Complaints should clearly identify the standard, policy, or procedure in question and include supporting rationale and documentation.
Complaints Related to Accreditation Standards
CODA recommends that students who have concerns regarding CODA accreditation standards to first submit the complaint to the College of Dentistry Dean and Chief Academic Officer for review and determination by the College of Dentistry administration. The dcision will be transmitted to the student in writing. If the student thinks that he/she did not receive due process, then the student may contact CODA. In addition, if the student perceives a serious problem with a standard, then he/she may bypass the College of Dentistry Dean and contact CODA directly: https://coda.ada.org/policies-and-guidelines/file-a-complaint
