This course integrates foundational physiology, pharmacology, general histology, and integumentary system pathology to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of normal body function, cellular transport mechanisms, pharmacologic principles, and diseases of the skin and related structures. Emphasis is placed on clinical correlations, dental implications, patient safety, and evidence-based decision-making in dental practice.
